Transfer
The eventual transfer of the property from seller to purchaser is a legal process governed by the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937 and involves a preliminary process of collaborating with local municipal authorities, homeowners associations, body corporates and the South African Receiver of Revenue. Compliance with all necessary statutory obligations are also dealt with during this process which ultimately culminates in us appearing, on behalf of seller, before the Registrar of Deeds who registers the transfer of ownership from seller to purchaser.
